The iSAFE system integrates Deltafour®’s heavy-duty Smart LOTO® hardware and edge analytics across IMFA’s high-power processing operations at Paradeep. By deploying Deltafour® as a fully integrated ecosystem, IMFA has unified a wide spectrum of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) workflows into a single digital ledger. The enterprise architecture goes far beyond baseline hardware lockout tracking, bringing incident reporting, safety inspections, regulatory compliance management, and hazard tracking under one unified software solution.

By putting the iSAFE program live at the Paradeep site, IMFA replaces cumbersome paper records with a dynamic digital command center that actively prevents accidental field bypasses.
